Kenya Begins Affordable Housing Development in West Pokot

On 2 November, Kenya’s Affordable Housing Programme advanced its Sigor development in West Pokot, with 305 housing units reported at a project value of KES 685 million. A separate Kacheliba development was also reported at KES 687 million for 305 units. These are stated project values, creating opportunities for construction contractors, building-material suppliers and property-service providers.
