Mauritania Signs Two Offshore Exploration Contracts with Murphy Oil

On 3 November, Mauritania signed exploration and production-sharing contracts with Murphy Oil covering offshore blocks C10 and Tiof. The agreements represent new upstream energy partnerships, but no acquisition, merger or transaction price was announced and the exploration commitments were not publicly disclosed.
